| Ingredients for Kabab: | |
| Chicken mince | 1/2 kg |
| Onion | 1 , fine chopped |
| Green pepper | 4 – 5 |
| Bread slices | 4 |
| Green coriander | 1/2 cup |
| Corn flour | 1 Tbsp |
| Ginger , garlic | 1 Tbsp |
| White Cumin | 1 tsp |
| Gram masala | 1 tsp |
| Coriander powder | 1 tsp |
| Salt | As required |
| Baking powder | 1 tsp |
| Milk | 1/2 cup |
| Red pepper | 1 tsp |
How to Make?
Soge bread in milk or water ,mix all ingredients in a bowl .
Apply 3 Tsp of mince mixture on fire-bars and fry them in medium heated oil.

| Boiled tamatos | 5 |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tsp |
| Garlic | 1 -2 Cloves |
| Onion | 1 cup, dissed |
| Green pepper | 5 fine chopped |
| White cumin | 1 Tbsp |
| Sugar | 1 tsp |
| Salt | 1/2 tsp |
| Coriander | as required |
| Lemon slices | as required |
How to Make?
Take a wok heat oil in it then saute onion in it put garlic in it and saute it also.
Add all ingredients in it and cook it for a while.
Add lemon juice in it and coo it for 2 mins.
Add little bit of water and kababs in it and put wok on dum on low heat for 6 – 7 mins.
Karahi kabab is ready garnish them with chopped coriander and lemon slices.
