| Meat Mutton | 3/4 kg small pieces |
| Mutton Chops | 1/2 kg Small pieces |
| Ghee | 1 cup |
| Onion | 1/4 kg , fine chopped |
| Green cardamom | 5 |
| Cinnamon | 2 pieces |
| Bay leaf | 2 |
| Cloves | 5 |
| Ginger | 3 tsp |
| Garlic | 3 – 5 tsp |
| Turmeric | 1 tsp |
| Red pepper | 2 Tbsp |
| Salt | 2 tsp |
| All purpose flour | 1 Tbsp |
| Basen | 1 Tbsp |
| Gram masala | 1 Tbsp |
| Coriander Powder | 1 tsp |
| Cury leaf | 2 |
| Black cardamom | 3 |
| Yougrt | 1 cup |
| Jawatri | 1 tsp |
How to Cook?
Heat oil in a pan fry half onion in it .
Add meat , clove, cinuman, cury leaf and green cardimom in it and fry them on low heat .
When meat dried then add red pepper, salt, termaric, coriander powder and ginger garlic paste in it and fry them until ghee seprated.
Then add yougrt in it , when yougrt water reduiced then add hot water in it to make gravy.
In a seperate pan fry all purpose flour and bassen add water in it to make a paste.
Stane meat gravy then add basen paste in it .
Add green cardimom, gram masala, jawatri in it and cook it for 10 mins
Thicken the gravy according to your dezire .
Sever it with nan and salad .
