| Ingredients | |
| All purpose flour | 1 cup |
| Chicken cube | 1 |
| Chilli flakes | 1/2 tsp |
| Coriander | 1 Tbps, fine chopped |
| Green chillies | 1 tps, fine chopped |
| Water | 1/2 cup |
| Potatoes | 1 cup boiled, mashed |
| Egg | 1 |
| Oil | As required |
How to Make?
Take a wok put 2 Tbsp of oil in it add 1 chicken cube in it stir until it desolved.
Add all purpose flour in it stir it for while add chilli flakes and water in it and mix it quickly.
When the doe leave the wok take it out in a bowl and leave it to cool down.
Add egg, coriander, green chillies and mashed potatoes in the doe and mix it well (it look like thick sticky paste).
Heat oil in a wok and drop small portion of that thick paste in it and cook them on low flame until they turn in to brown.
Serve them with ketchup.
