Ingredients
- Chicken Boneless 1 chicken whole breast
- chicken stock 1/2 cup
- Fresh milk cream 1/2 cup
- Flour 1 table spoon
- Dill chopped 1 table spoon
- Salt for taste 1/2 table spoon
- Butter 1 table spoon
- Olive oil 1 table spoon
Preparation
- Cut chicken breast into two
- Apply salt on onto chicken pieces.
- Put butter and olive oil in a pot and flame it.
- Add the chicken in heated oil.
- Fry until chicken color changes.
- Low the flame and add stock.
- Cook chicken till tender and gravy dry.
- Dish it out.
- Mix cream, flour and dill.
- Cook on low flame till thick.
- Pour over chicken pieces and serve.
