Ingredients


  • Tequila                                              2 tbsp
  • Black pepper (chopped)                     1 tbsp 
  • 2-day-old bread                                1 thick slices  
  • Triple Sec                                        1 cup
  • garlic minced                                   3 cloves
  • unbaked deep-dish pie crust             1/4 cup 
  • unsalted butter                                3 cup
  • unsalted butter melted                    1/2 cup 
  • vanilla water                                  2 tbsp
  • white wine                                     1 tsp
  • grain mustard                                2 large 
  • zucchini                                        2 thinly sliced



Preparation


  • Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add onion, peppers, and pineapple and cook for about 5 minutes until vegetables are soft and caramelized with pineapple. 
  • Now Add the garlic and cashews and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
  • Incorporate rice and peas, add lime juice, soy sauce, and sriracha.
  • Cook about 3 minutes more to coat and warm rice.
  • Push rice and add eggs to one side of the skillet.
  • Remove until almost completely cooked, then fold into a mixture of rice.
  • Garnish and serve the rice with green onions.
